Janie's Lifestyle Change for the Better
Hi...I'm 41 and slowing but surely losing the battle of the bulge. I don't want to lose except for pounds! I really want to lose weight and feel better, but I can't do it alone. That is why I'm here.
BTW - This picture was taken 9 years ago, I'm not that skinny anymore. Here I was about 125pds, now I weigh 163pds. I went from a size 3/4 to a size 9. 38 pds later...here I am. It's a big difference to my body and I don't like it.
