Living Life Out Loud
I am a 57 year old lady. I have battled my weight all me life, lost weight with the W-Watchers plan. But thought I could do it on my own, but with no accountability that went by the way side, having ADHD doesn’t help with the impulsive feeding I do at times. By joining the teams here I am keeping myself accountable to others. And it is free. I love this site there are so many things from meal planning, healthy articles, exercises for every level.

1. Tracking everything I put in my mouth. 2. Walk 1 mile every day. 3. Drink 8 8oz of water a day.
