Hey everyone! I joined sparkpeople about three months ago, I love it so far and it's been a major help. I'm 20 years old and I've had an issue with my weight since I was about 12. I love being active it's just a matter of getting motivated. I've done every diet imaginable and come up with the craziest ways to lose weight over the years. Currently I am doing about 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. I eat whatever I want in moderation and lots of fruits and veges.

Sweet! Ahh the gym, glad you enjoyed it! Snowshoeing! Oh my. I wonder how many calories lost that would be? : ) Hope that was tons of fun. Is it your first time? Everything is peachy! I had some days of no exercise but now I'm back on track. : P I am doing great thanks for that. : )
