My Goals:
Concentrate on my continued triathlon training.

I want to add more yoga and Pilates to my routine.

Make sure I get weight/resistance training in 3 times/week.

My Program:
I'm going to monitor carbohydrates and up the protein! I follow the WW points plus program.

I am going to aim at 400 plus minutes of exercise per week.

Personal Information:
I live in Wisconsin near the Milwaukee area.

I have a great crappy t-shirt collection from many 5k and triathlon races.

I am really SLOW!!

I track my food using WW points plus system. I lost 50 lbs on WW.

I love the gym and spin class.

Thanks for the Goodie! I am not spending a lot of time on Spark these days. Miss my good Spark friends, but all the changes made in SP have kind of left me behind.
