Changing my life a pound at a time

My name is Jane I am 25 years old and a mother of a two year old son. Between going to college full time and working part time eating healthy isn't on my to do list. Over the past years I hit my all time high weight of 310 pounds and realized it's time for a change.

I want to look better and thinner of course. However, as a nursing student I want to model the healthy lifestyle that I promote to others.

*Drink more water.
*Eating more fruits and veggies.
*Cutting down on and getting away from sugar and junk foods.
* Exercise more and as daily as possible.
*Reading the Spark book and visiting the site for motivation and reminders of why losing weight is important to me better health.
