I am at my goal weight! I am staying there by keeping up with my avid running habit. I completed the Hyannis, Boston, and Manchester marathons in 2009. In my most recent half marathon I ran a PR of 1:42:36!

My current plan includes running and spinning as cardio, and bootcamp and personal training for strength training to improve my running form and my upper body strength. I am also a certified spin instructor and I started my first teaching gig on March 11!

Thanks for commenting on my blog. The forecast THIS year is chilly and raining, but hopefully it will stay over freezing. And maybe the forecast will change. I've been complaining miserably about my first two half marathons, both of which were sunny, hot and humid, so I suppose it serves me right!

Not signed up yet, but considering a couple of possibilities for late 2010. I've got a half marathon in a month on Cape Cod. Brrr... My running buddy and I are doing a chilly 11-12 miles tomorrow!
