My Goals:
My Ultimate goal is to be 130-140lb and to be a lot more active.
My Program:
I'm not sure if I have a program, but keeping track of everything I eat lets me see where I need to cut back. Also to walk everywhere. Moving out to Berkeley helped out a lot. We don't have a car so we have to be on foot.
