Losing Weight so I can just live and move!

Hello I am almost 31 trying to lose weight. I want to lose 10 more lbs by September. I am doing good and was at 218 only a few months ago. I lost about 20 lbs in 2/3 months. I want to keep going cause I know this is working and getting and doing different exercises and cardio helps keep me going.
I have muscular dystrophy so it can be hard to do most exercises. I do try some but not hardcore. I just do what I can and do physical therapy to help keep me loose and walk ok.

My Goals:
I would like to be in the 180s by the fall. It would be nice to also fit into my dress even though I will have it tailored. I don't want my front to stick out like I am a preggo bride to be. That is the only thing that is going somewhere, but not as fast as everywhere else.

My Program:
Doing therapy/weights at least three times a week. i do extra stretches and ab crunches before I get ready for bed also now. Then do cardio once or twice a week.

Personal Information:
I am from Minnesota but now live temporarily in Orland Park, IL. Going to moving into my boyfriend's and I;s own apartment soon I hope. It is getting too crowded staying with his family! And all our stuff is packed into a little back bedroom (that is actually the master) so I hardly have a workout space.

haha. i know. but i gained on vacation and want to get under 190 again. i had to try all the different alcoholic drinks, ya know? lol! well, i can understand you though because you had an injury. If i had an injury like that I wouldn't be able to do shiznit either. :)
