On Valentine's Day I will be 65!
I have never had a particular weight problem until recently. I beleive it is age and stress related with toning and shaping being more of an issue than the particlular "lbs" to be lost. Sometimes I think it would be easier if I had MORE lbs to lose!! Tennis is my main choice of exercise and until recently I did personal training but have curtailed the PT with a tighter budget. I am not as faithful to doing a routine on my own. Started my FIRST "Diet" or as i want to call it "Healthy ...

Now it is all about keeping healthy to someday become the perfect, happy and a bit silly Bubbe!!
