My goal: To Live a Fit and Healthy Lifestyle and provide by body with nutritional food.

My goal: To lose 23 lbs. I am a bit heavier when I first tried to tackle this. I realize weight is only one measure of success. Some actions I will be taking to realize a healthier me: journal my food, strength train 3x/week and cardio 2x/ week. This is my commitment to myself.
