Ok, a little data: I am 61, an Aquarius, live alone and work full-time. My days are spent walking from one piece of holy ground to the next, as is true of everyone; if only we could be more mindful of it.

My Goals:
I would like to lose 5 pounds a month for a good long while and drop from my current 226 to about 170. No rush so do not expect to see my ticker racing. A slow descent is fine with me.
My Program:
Wellness & Nutrition Class weekly at local hospital; using Spark tools on & off.
Personal Information:
Whirling through life but often quite down to earth. Love my two cats, sci-fi movies, any and all music (playing at all times), my e-devices, art, clothes, shoes and anything else that falls within my sight. The ultimate know-it-all Aquarius who is into everything.
