I want to lose about 80 lbs. which will give me better health and allow me to do more things that I've had to put on the back burner. I'm tired of carrying this load!!!! Time to lighten the load!!!

Thanks for your comment on my page. This is the first time...in all my years...that I didn't totally blow it just because it was my birthday. I knew there would be temptations for me but I also knew I didn't want to indulge. I wasn't sure how I'd handle the situation at work. When I got to work in the morning, there were cookies in the lounge for me. The girl who brought them in was sitting there and I told her I'd take a couple upstairs to my office and have them with my morning coffee...instead I wrapped them up and brought them home for my daughter. I ate an early lunch so when they told me to come down to the lounge for some cheese/pepperoni and crackers, I went down and told them I had just finished lunch but would make up a plate and nibble on it throughout the afternoon. I took it upstairs but threw it away when no one was looking. I honestly didn't want those extra calories. I still had a great birthday...even without overeating.
