Adopting a healthy lifestyle

My goal is ultimately to lose weight (of course.) But I want this to be more than just numbers. At 51 I am fortunate to have not had any major health issues and I want to get proactive and do all that I can do to improve my fitness level and prevent illness.

100# Weight loss (YES! PEOPLE)
Improved health.


My Program:
Increase my physical activity.
Eliminate sodas.
Drink at least 1500cc H2O daily.
Increase protein intake.
Get my 5 fruits and veggies daily.
Take my medicine and supplements daily.
Reduce sweets to having only a taste on holiday or special occasions since they are my trigger that leads me off track.
