So Ready For A Change

Hi
I am celebrating 30 years of life and it's time for a change. My entire 20's I have been obese, severely obese and I don't want to be in this body any more. I want my 30's to be about healthy living, finding myself, and being a healthy example to my son.
I have a poor self image, low self esteem, and I am ready to take charge. I am scared, I hope I am not setting myself up to fail, but I gotta try something because with out action things will stay the same.

Keep focusing on the little goals, the Fast Break stuff - it really does work! You've already got some awesome momentum, so keep that in mind. Those early boosts help get you through the hard parts.
