Hi-I just stopped by your page and wanted to let you know that I think you're doing great! I think we started Sparks at about the same time and both live in UT Valley.

I am impressed with your running 5K's. I have enjoyed them in the past, but currently am wearing a boot to heal a stress fracture. Dr. says should be ok to run on again by the end of the summer.

I think it's awesome that your husband has joined you in this journey---bet it kind of keeps you "connected" when he's gone for work so much.

I actually did measure myself 2 weeks ago. I want to wait another 2 weeks before checking my measurements again. But I am hoping that my measurements have changed. I can't really tell in my clothing b/c I like wearing loose clothing. It is hard to tell when your jeans already have a touch of spandex in them whether they are loose b/c of that or b/c of inches lost. Thanks for asking me though...I forget about those things sometime.

I actually made sure I brought my workout clothes with me and that I had food at work with me for the day. I always forget and end up eating out with the boys instead of going to they gym. Now I just have to get an ipod so I'm not bored on the treadmill (BORING!!).

I don't know how you drag yourself to a gym, I could never get myself to do it. Great work :)

I managed to take off 5 pounds but I can't seem to get below those 5 pounds. I just keep going up and coming back down and going back up and well, you get the picture. But I am keeping up with some mini-challenges and I can see and feel some great definition in my arms so that makes me happy. And I am a bit more flexible these days....possibly strength training I guess. Oh well, I am trying to hang in there. How are you?

I'm back. I fell into a depression. It just hit me out of no where and took me a min to pull out. I am back and trying to get into the swing of exercising. It is my downfall and I have never been successfull at sticking with it.

Today I WILL get on the treadmill and do my strength training! Thanks for checking on me. It is appreciated! emoticon
