My Goals:
Main Goal:
To get my energy back and feel great about who I am inside and out!

Hope to achieve and never look back:
- To wear jeans that feel good.
- To be able to walk without feeling breathless
-To be able to run
- To be able to sit on the floor
- To be able to fit into any chair without worry
- To never break a toilet seat again (seriously don't think I did this but was blamed :(
- To make my girls proud and not embarrassed when we are in public.

My Program:
Going to start with:
- Tracking everything I eat and drink

- Drinking 60 oz. water a day minimum

- Stop getting crazy with the scale

- Walk, walk, walk until I feel I can run

- Regroup after 60 days and modify at that time

- Practice serious mind over matter and stop letting the small stuff seem like a mountain

Personal Information:
My passions include knitting, anything crafty or DIY, couponing, bragging about my beautiful children and chasing around my granddogs. The other 9 months out of the year I am taxi driver, moral supporter, sometimes therapist and the biggest fan of my youngest daughter who plays competitive volleyball.

Hi!!

I was really lucky to find my group. I started with a parks and rec group here in town and was hooked from day one. Then I did a little research for classes around me and found that my ballet teacher (Who I took dance from when I was 5!) was teaching belly dance. I have been with her ever since.

I can totally relate to your feelings about walking into a room of Kardashians. I was terrified walking into my first class... but after 3 years of doing it, I can tell you this... Belly dance isn't about size and shape.. it's about passion and spirit. Sure, there are girls that I dance with that are smaller than me and move differently than I do.. but at the same time, there are some moves that I, as a bigger girl can do better than others. Ya gotta have hips and a belly to do it.

One of my favorite local dancers is a bigger girl, and let me tell you.. when she is on stage.. she owns it. She is probably one of the most graceful people I have ever known and is a huge inspiration to me because she isn't afraid to go out in a bra and skirt..

If you want, Send me a PM and I will send you some links to some youtube videos that may just help calm your fears.

Blessed Be!

Does palm kernel work on the brain like MCT? Just curious. Thank you, about your comments about my beautiful comment too btw. Have you seen the video on line about the doctor's husband with alzheimer's? She used coconut oil and Mct oil and he got much much better.
