To be healthier

I'm married and a Mom to two kids. 2012 was a fantastic year. I ran 3 - 5k races and 2 - 10k. Jan 20th of this year, I begin my journey to a half marathon! A year ago, I never imagined running further than 5k. I run 4 times/week, attend 2 cyclefit classes/week and one session with a Wellness Coach. Fitness is a priority in my life! 2013 - Nutrition is a priority in my life!

Congrats on finishing...that's what counts! We are hard on ourselves....
Running is a hard sport on our bodies...but we still love it!

Did you run in Freddy Sunday?

I was there and had so much fun running the 10K! It was so beautiful!

I've opted for the 10k... I was beginning to hate running....too busy with school and coaching and life!!!

Thanks for the encouragement and I won't quit! It's hard some days to get it done, but I would feel worse if I didn't do it! I just want spring to be here already! I hope we can meet in May too!!

I run on my tradmill! I hate winter and I only run once my kids are in bed so it's easier that way! Once it's spring and light later, then I go outside!
