My Goals:
To lose 16 pounds and start running regularly again. Want to maintain the weight loss. Most important - to do it in a healthy manner.

My Program:
Track what I eat on SparkPeople.

Drink 8 glasses of water/day.

Make dinner at home, 5/wk.

Eat less in the evenings. Avoid binge eating altogether.

Go to the gym 3 times/wk - cardio and weight training.

Go to Zumba class 1/wk.

Other Information:
I am married and have two wonderful daughters. I work full time and our lives are very busy - which is often my excuse for poor eating. I have successfully lost weight in the past, only to put it on. Last time, I was able to keep most of it off for 2 years. This time, I feel if I lose it, I know better how to make it permanent.
