My Goals:
I would like to lose at least 50 pounds! I started SparkPeople at 234.

When I get down to:
210-Get my ears pierced again
200-Get my hair cut and colored
190-Get a manicure AND pedicure!
180-New clothes!!

My Program:
I'm definitely tracking everything I eat. It really helps to check out the nutrition labels on things. I also am hitting the treadmill as often as possible, at least 90 minutes a week. As far as strength training goes, I am doing the workouts suggested by SparkPeople.

Hi there!! Thansk so much for the goodie...Oh, plateau's suck!! I just got through one...all I can say is stick with it, I beat it by really tracking my food and eating really clean, and uping the intensity of my workouts...You'll beat it! Keep on sparking!!! emoticon
