Time to kick it into gear!
I am doing this again. Not for anyone else but myself. No more fad diets. NO more limiting myself on what I can do. I will get to my goal weight. I will not let me self sabotage. I will do this!

My Goals:
My goal is to be at my goal weight 165 by August 31st, 2013. I will drink 8 glasses of water a day. I will work out at least 4 days a week. I am signed up to do a half marathon on October 6th, 2013.
My Program:
I am limiting my calories but not limiting the types of foods I can have. I am tired of fad diets and I am determined to do it the healthy way because I am not going to gain this weight back.
Personal Information:
Is secretly a rapper (in my shower).
Other Information:
I can say the alphabet backwards in less than 5 seconds. I have also auditioned for American Idol twice.
