My goal is to be at my goal weight 165 by August 31st, 2013.
I will drink 8 glasses of water a day.
I will work out at least 4 days a week.
I am signed up to do a half marathon on October 6th, 2013.
I am limiting my calories but not limiting the types of foods I can have. I am tired of fad diets and I am determined to do it the healthy way because I am not going to gain this weight back.

I can say the alphabet backwards in less than 5 seconds. I have also auditioned for American Idol twice.
