Hi JamJen - I am in Kingsport, but I know where Flagpond is and I have to say you are lucky to live in a beautiful spot! We go over the mountain practically every time we travel (except to Knoxville!) and can remember when the 4-lane was only 2 lanes but we still passed Flagpond. Always loved the name.
I am about 2 weeks in Spark now and doing better at it all the time. Not perfect, but that does not bother me. I've always been a type B, maybe that is why I've tolerated the weight gain over the years.

welcome to east tennessee fire fly's .I am here if you need any help at all. my strength exercisies
three times a week lasting bout 60 mintues
yoga five times a week 15-60 minutes
cardio 45 min four times a week
tacking everyday keeping my caolories between 1450-1600 my md anted me to 1200-1500 but below 1450 i feel very weak. as time goes on i will adjust if i need to. hope you have a great day just me ging
