I hate this now, but....I'm not giving up!

I am SO tired of dealing with my weight! I've been up and down the scale so many times....and, there is just no way around it. If I don't actively make it a priority, I cannot maintain a consistently healthy lifestyle or weight. Just because I feel right now like I'm sick to death of "dieting", going to the gym, exercising, saying no to temptation doesn't mean that I will always feel this way. As of now I am now 17 lbs from my goal weight, which is 10 lbs farther from it than I was just 5 ...

As of now I am now 17 lbs from my goal weight, which is 10 lbs farther from it than I was just 5 months ago. Yup, I have gained 10 lbs in five months, all because I decided I was sick of making my healthy lifestyle choices a priority. I currently feel completely unable to control what I eat or "make myself" go to the gym/exercise, drink water, etc. doesn't mean that it is true. What I know I can do right now is make a few small changes to get myself back in the direction I want to go. I don't feel like I can do it alone though.....

Reach my goal weight and maintain it, and more importantly, maintain the healthy lifestyle changes I have worked so hard to achieve, even when I don't 'think' I want to do it! Live the best life I can (on any given day, focus on what is really important to me).

I'm just getting back to that now - not sure yet what this will look like.

I was just scrolling thru the message boards and found you were looking for a buddy. I am too. I need to lose about 40 pounds and just can't stick with it. Your going to do GREAT! The best advice that I can tell you is take advantage of all that SPARKS have to offer..
READ as much as you can.. (when you have time) and DRINK YOUR WATER!!
