    Thank you for your kind words on yesterdays blog post. I've often wondered if my skill at fakin' it till I make it just pushed real issues down below the surface. I certainly watched plenty of other people do this over the years. But acknowledging the weirdness that created me doesn't really help much with facing new scary changes. Except that I know I'm weird and scared and that ... scary things eventually end. eh. Well. It's always easier to be objective and wise about someone else.

    Not sure I'm going to seek help till I get past the scary part - but I may need some then. Of course, part of what's so scary right now is that there isn't time to get help. and then I start thinking ... is this like putting on the oxygen mask first, on a crashing airplane? So you can be effective?

    oh well.

    Hey there. Thanks for the bloglove. Best way I know to start a new season is happy dancing at goal.

    I do have to laugh, though - cause the first time I weighed 150 I was so horrified I went on a diet. Now it's a goal ...
