I thought this would be a good before picture. This was the picture that convinced me I needed to lose some weight. The day after it was taken, I signed up for SP!

I am a 33 year old female who has 2 children. They are 2 and 3. I have limited amount of time to work out and meals are quick rather then healthy. My husband works full time and is in school in the evenings so it is challenging to find time to myself. I want to set a healthy lifestyle for my whole family and am ready to get started now!

Jan 2013
Well....I started this journey in Feb 2011 at 172. By eating right and working out, I lost 50lbs and got down to 122 by summer of 2012. By that winter, I was back to 145.6. Starting Jan 2, 2013, I recommitted myself to a healthy lifestyle. My boys are now 4 and 5 and are my workout buddies - my 5 year old even ran and finished a 5k with me in 48 minutes. They are the reason I am doing this. I want to be able to teach them good, healthy habits. I am reinvesting in me!

June 2015
Hate to say it, but I am flip flopping again. In May 2013, I had gotten back down to the 130's and even dipped into the 20's briefly. However, by March of 2015, I was back up to 156. Yikes! Hard work got me back down to 140.2 by May 29th. However, that was when we left for vacation. Today, June 8, 2015 I weighed in at 145.6 - again. I am hoping this is the last time I ever post that weight. Going to jump back in full force. I would really like to see those 20's again by Christmas! My 10 year wedding anniversary is in Sept so I am now working towards 130 by Sept 10th!

My Program:
To meet my goals, I am tyring to make sure all of my family is getting the proper nutrients and cutting back on the fatty "quick" foods. Making healthy meals for me AND the kids.

Trying to get some excercise in everyday. Even if that means just dancing crazy with the kiddos!
