    Thanks for the response to my exam-stressing the other day. Chewing gum and drinking the occasional pop are two of my favourite was to avoid snacking... I had somehow forgotten them in the last 2 weeks, lol.

    Kudos for doing so (relatively) well during your own exams! A good rhythm is where it's at. It's important we don't forget that the overall habits are more important than the occasional slip.
