Irish Eyes

For three years I dealt with emotional, financial and marital turmoil. As a result, I also lost my relationship with SparkPeople and my focus on myself. I've tried to get that focus back, but each time it just kind of fades away because I can't keep that Spark going to inspire myself. I really want to change 'me' in the physical sense and I know that means changing how I look at myself and my self-worth. I'm not sure how to find that 'Spark' again but I know this is the best place to start ...

I really want to change 'me' in the physical sense and I know that means changing how I look at myself and my self-worth. I'm not sure how to find that 'Spark' again but I know this is the best place to start looking. I won't make this entry another one of my 'Today is Day 1 of me being back on track' because I know that has become commonplace for me. I guess I just want to start somewhere and look for inspiration to help me to start those changes in my lifestyle that are the building blocks for changing the physical me.





Life is short, break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably, and never regret anything that made you smile.

My Program:
Using SparkPeople Food Tracker to understand my relationship with food more and to develop healthier food habits.
Cardio 6 days/week
Strength Training 2-3x a week.
Yoga added to help with flexibility.

Personal Information:
Love animals.
Love friends, even tho they are sometimes an obstacle to success (this is an area I have to be better with)
Hate winter.
Love the Carribbean, hate the way I look in a swimsuit in the Carribbean.

It was so great to see you yesterday! Thanks so much for coming and the crayons were the first thing Sue went for when we got home! We have already colored about a dozen pages together!
And weren't we so well behaved to not have any of that ice cream cake! (hehe)

Hi Jaime, I was looking at your food log, I see you ate at Applebees. I just love their Weight Watchers menu. When I go weigh in at Jenny Craig we always stop at Applebees afterward. Sort of a congrats for weight loss.
red Lobster also has a ligt menu but you have to ask for it. You are doing great ...keep it up.

I see the scales are moving for you again! Way to go! I have had a scare but I think I am back with Spark. I hope this finds you happy and I hope all of your family is together soon. I know how hard that can be. Keep your chin up.
