For three years I dealt with emotional, financial and marital turmoil. As a result, I also lost my relationship with SparkPeople and my focus on myself. I've tried to get that focus back, but each time it just kind of fades away because I can't keep that Spark going to inspire myself. I really want to change 'me' in the physical sense and I know that means changing how I look at myself and my self-worth. I'm not sure how to find that 'Spark' again but I know this is the best place to start ...

I've tried to get that focus back, but each time it just kind of fades away because I can't keep that Spark going to inspire myself. I really want to change 'me' in the physical sense and I know that means changing how I look at myself and my self-worth. I'm not sure how to find that 'Spark' again but I know this is the best place to start looking. I won't make this entry another one of my 'Today is Day 1 of me being back on track' because I know that has become commonplace for me. I guess I just want to start somewhere and look for inspiration to help me to start those changes in my lifestyle that are the building blocks for changing the physical me.

Hi Jamie,
I was sorry to read about your Stepfather. I hope you have got everything in place by now for your Mother. It is so good the she can depend on you to help out the way you have. There is always so much that has to be done. You seem to be doing it all with such a gracious attitude. Sorry I haven't been by sooner. Keep being your wonderful self!
Have a great day!
~Anita~

Hi Jamie,

I'm sorry I did not respond to your comment sooner, I got a little overwhelmed with SP at first, but now I'm getting the hang of it. I'm doing okay with the exercise, water & fruits, but need to up my veggies. I want to track the real food I'm eating but really don't know how to do it? How did you set up your food log Jamie, that is awesome. It looks like your doing pretty darn good, and your an inspiration to me, looks like I need to work on my SP page a little, and get those goals written down in black & white. Keep up the good work girl.
