Hi! I'm Jamie a 26 year old from South Florida. I am a mother of two beautiful children, and married to an amazing husband. I have been on diet after diet and tired of still being over weight. My Goals:
I have two goals right now.

1.) Get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 195 by my 27th birthday 12/18/2011

2.) Get to a healthy weight of 165 by May 1st 2012.

My Program:
I plan on using the Visalus Body by Vi shakes.

I will replace two meal (Breakfast and Dinner) with a shake. Eat a healthy lunch, and healthy snacks keeping my calorie range between 1000-1300.

And start moving! Anything will work, walking with my son, playing at the park, helping my husband with yard work. Anything. I just need to move. :-)

it actually started last week, the second episode was on tonight. Im sure you can watch them on nbc.com. Its gonna be a good season :) Its always good motivation to workout while the biggest loser is on lol.

Hi there!!!! Working out before breakfast has helped a LOT-drink some black coffee or drink some green tea and then do whatever cardio exercise you love doing--it works wonders! Plus you can do it before the kids get up, and get it out of the way! emoticon emoticon emoticon
