My main goal is to quit eating fat snacks and try something a little more healthier!

well i'm starting to figure this out i plan on eating healthy, reducing my intake of food, increasing my water intake= pretty much what i should have already been doing but, since i didn't this change will hopefully effect my family as well and may get them to thinking its time to be healthy!!!
