Thanks for the encouraging words on my blog. I used to eat to stuff my emotions down; still do sometimes, though I've gotten a lot better about doing something else. It is a harsh cycle there - eating until you could puke and then getting depressed that you did that to yourself AGAIN, then eating more to tamp down the uncomfortable feelings. Yup, I know that cycle all too well!
The only thing that's keeping me from it right now is that we're so broke we have to make EVERY meal count. No more eating just to eat! Hey, it's working to get me out of the cycle, so I guess that should be a success despite how frustrating it is to not have any money, huh? lol
