starting all over AGAIN!

Well....i am having to start all over again.. am up to right at 230! My highest weight ever!

I have had three surgeries in the past 4 years...maybe 5. I can't count...and now I have two "slipped discs."

Hopefully, I will not need another surgery. I am starting all over again...but this time I do have motivation....I am feeling stronger willed than I have in a long time. The body might be weak...but really it is the will that keeps us going anyway.

I am beginning to feel more compassion towards myself....starting to finally love myself to any degree.

I am lucky...because I have a lot of good friends here on Sparkpeople and also on www.schizophrenia.com that are very supportive of me.

My Goals:
My goal is to eventually get down to 125. And then I would like to stay between 125 and 130. I weighed around 127 in high school when I wasn't dieting and around 117 when I was dieting. But overall, I am looking at this as a lifestyle change, not a diet.

My Program:
I am eating around 1,200- 1,600 calories a day. I actually lose weight more when I eat around 1,600 calories. I guess my body goes into starvation mode a little early.

I enjoy yoga and try to do yoga every day. I try to do two hours of yoga every day. (Although this week has been a bad week for yoga...husband wanted the house cleaned instead..lol)

Born March 5, you are the kind to put things in order when they are not already so, and to keep them in order when you are satisfied that they already are. Disorder of any kind is more than displeasing to you -- indeed, it is something that can knock you off the plate if you are not careful. You despise chaos of any kind. Of course, there are times in which you will certainly have to face your share of disorder, as it is a disordered and chaotic world. But with care, you can develop a sort of automatic reaction that doesn't throw you off course in any way.

You don't always seem interested in learning more than you already know, or in broadening your horizons further than they already are -- and this may, at times, limit your ability to progress in your personal life or your professional endeavors. Once you develop a taste for it, learning will be something you come to enjoy fully.
