Starting all over again...with more determination

well....i managed to gain back all my weight.... so last years photo of me at 165 pounds is outdated.

so i had my husband take a new photo...

i am ashamed of how i look... i can't believe i let myself go back here...

i struggle with my raw vegan diet almost daily..... last year i was sticking to it quite well..until about Thanksgiving.....

i am so sad that i let myself go....

i did yoga yesterday for an hour and fifteen ...

i am ashamed of how i look... i can't believe i let myself go back here...

i struggle with my raw vegan diet almost daily..... last year i was sticking to it quite well..until about Thanksgiving.....

i am so sad that i let myself go....

i did yoga yesterday for an hour and fifteen minutes... and i went on my longest walk/jog since the hysterectomy in March of this year.... (today is the 4th of October 2009)

i think i have my willpower back... my husband has agreed to eat raw vegan meals that i will make for the whole family....

and that is a huge bonus....

i am so tired of cooking meat for him.....

so wish me luck!

My Goals:
My goal is to eventually get down to 125. And then I would like to stay between 125 and 130. I weighed around 127 in high school when I wasn't dieting and around 117 when I was dieting. But overall, I am looking at this as a lifestyle change, not a diet.

My Program:
I am eating around 1,200- 1,600 calories a day. I actually lose weight more when I eat around 1,600 calories. I guess my body goes into starvation mode a little early.

I enjoy yoga and try to do yoga every day. I try to do two hours of yoga every day. (Although this week has been a bad week for yoga...husband wanted the house cleaned instead..lol)

I too gained back some of the weight that I lost and am certainly not happy about it but we can get back on track. I'm going to add you as a friend so together we can work on this!
