I continue on a long, long plateau which I jut broke through in March. I am not looking for the ideal weight but I am looking for a weight that I can be comfortable with. My goal did have a long term date involved but I will re-set as the time comes near. So let's just say I am a work in progress and I am enjoying life to the fullest right now. I have had several set backs with family losses, my health & disabilities but I am working on doing a little pushing! Pools & water are my love but got little time there this winter. Even though I didn't do as I wished, I made a very important goal to me and now have my sight set on a smaller and doable goal of 16#. I have spent 1.5 yrs in TX. & planning to return to MN. in the next 2-3 weeks pending my mom's health after her fall last March, breaking an arm and leg. I now need to take care of me and lower my stress sources.

After a very long plateau, I have made my 1st long term goal of 100# lost on 3/20/16. 1# added to the loss this week. The plateau is broken and now onto a small goal of 17# (no date to meet).

I am so thrilled to have gotten this far and hope that I can con't. to stay on a healthy path of life.

1. Lose 50# (done 4/1/10
2. Lose 17# (done 7/29/10
3. Lose 50# (done 8/20/13)
On a long, plateau. Finally broke it. Grand total lost is 101# !!!
4. Setting a 17# loss goal for the next long term goal by 12/31/16..

Final Goal is to be at a weight that I am healthy & comfortable with my inner self.

My Program:
My updated goals for the 2nd round of wt. loss.

1. Calorie tracking
2. Increase in walking
3. Continue to break bad habits and learning new healthy ways of living.
4. Enjoy the small gains of energy being felt.

Personal Information:
I am Eileen from MN. I enjoy chatting but not usually on line until evening.
I am a retired registered nurse and have 3 kids and 3 g/daughters. My husband (of 40+yrs.) and I love the kids, spouses and g/kids dearly.

Other Information:
I do counted cross stitch, crocheting and reading as crafts. We are avid campers and plan to have many road trips as well as winter in the south. Can't say that I stay off the computer but try to limit my time on slow moving days.

    It's going to be another hot one. The humidity this summer is really intense and I drip all the time. I love sitting on the lanai to read and for 3 straight yrs, I rarely even have had to turn the fan on out there. This yr even when I turn the fan on high I can only stay out there a few minutes. Then about 4 PM, the thunderstorms start so I have to make sure I take Marigold to the potty station before then. Otherwise we're running between lightning bolts. Speaking of, lightning hit a home near here this wk and it was a huge fire. Very scary.

    I need to start adding something to make water more palatable like you do. I perspire...no, I SWEAT so much in this FL heat this yr that I get leg cramps if I don't up my sodium. My sweat is soooo salty. I need to off-set that with more fluids. I'm a nurse and know that but when it comes to water, I'm like a toddler. LOL
