I screw up! Everyday. But I recognize those are MY choices. Are they screw ups that are so bad that I cannot sleep at night? The beautiful answer to that is...not unless I have ate too much of the wrong food before bedtime. But that's a choice that I made. I have got to own that. Its mine. So...what will I do with the wonderful choices I can make today? Will I be happy at the end of the day or not? Will I say, "Well...I screwed up again!" knowing that tomorrow I can have a re-do? When will enough be enough? What if tomorrow never comes? If today was my last, would I be happy with the choices that I have made since getting out of bed this morning? How much longer will I commit a slow suicide because of weight gain due to my unhealthy eating and lack of exercise? When will I decide I am worth it again?

NOW IS THE TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! Live longer, Live happy! Go Big or Go Home! KNOW what beauty is and FEEL it EVERYDAY! Don't wait for another to lift you up, lift yourself up!!! Pull up those big girl panties and GET THIS DONE!

I am giving myself until December 13th of this year to do this! That is plenty of time. I have done this before, I can do it again. The reason it didn't stick is because I lost my way. But that was FOUR years ago! Enough time to start and graduate from most schools for goodness sake!!! Too much time has been wasted! Was it worth it to feel like crap everyday? NO IT WAS NOT! I'm not getting any younger and I certainly am not getting more attractive as I put on this unhealthy weight. There is no ifs, ands, or butts about it...I have become lazy! I weighed myself this morning and I have 21 pounds to loose to be at a good healthy weight. If after that I want to lose more of tone a little more, than fine. But first I need to get off this FAT that has settled so comfortably. I am tired of lugging this self induced pain. I did this, I need to fix it!

To lose one pound per week until I reach my goal weight of 125. I will revamp my goals at that time.

Making smarter choices. I will CHOOSE to eat healthier. I will CHOOSE to exercise. Or...I will CHOOSE to die because I failed myself!

Personal Information:
Im too big for my height. Excess weight is more than unhealthy it is a type of self inflicted abuse. Clothes hide the fat and for that I am grateful but it doesn't change the adipose around my organs.

Other Information:
I would love to have like minded people as friends here so I could have the proper type of accountability.
