Happy to see you here! I love this place, I have been a member a little over a month and track everything...it has helped me lose about 16 pounds since I started Sparking but I also lost some before that. Just stick to it...log it all and after a week it is just a normal part of your day. You will notice SUCCESS and changes everyday! I e-mailed you back about the LesMills Classes :) They are my faves. It is like having a personal trainer! Which classes are your faves? My faves are: RPM and COMBAT are up there at #1...and then STEP and ATTACK those are my tops ones.
