My word for 2016 is Positivity. 2015 was the year of new beginnings. I have created a new life and am now focusing on the positives in my life. I have so much to look forward to.

I am the mother to 3 kids, and work full time as a software trainer and analyst in the IT field. There has been a lot of stress in my life over the last few years and it has taken a toll on me emotionally and well as physically due to emotional eating.

I met my weight goal last year and now am working to maintain it which seems to be just as hard!

Fitness Minutes: 86,481

My Goals:
My goal is to maintain my weight loss staying in between 127 to 137.


My Program:
* Track my food faithfully each day and enter journal notes on the feelings I'm experiencing.
* Get in at least 30 minutes of walking every day if not more. If needed, break it up into 10 or 15 minute segments.
* Fill half my plate with fruits and vegetables.
* Drink mostly water and tea.



Personal Information:
I'm born and raised in Nebraska and never left. I'm starting to get tired of the cold winters but can't imagine living some where else. The schools are really good here and all my family is here. I am divorced with 3 kids of my own my daughter Jamie, sons Drew and Sam and two stepsons who I still consider my own Keith and Anthony. I have a wonderful boyfriend Matt and his daughter Taelynn who is adorable and very important parts of my life.


Other Information:
I love to read and cross-stitch when I have time. I especially love Nora Roberts. I am also a big Nebraska football fan and went to school there.
