To lose 100#s. At least 5#s per month. Exercise at least 10 minutes per day. at least 5 days per week. Eat healthier. Journal goals and progress at least once weekly.

My Program:
Limiting fats and sweets in my diet. Drinking more water. Controlling portions. Exercising regularly.

Personal Information:
Reside in Buffalo, NY. Have always been overweight. Maybe by writing goals, posting and tracking thru the SPARK I can stick to my goals this time.
