    Stop making your body crave bad processed food. You technically can eat junk food for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack and still lose weight within your calorie range but I bet you don't feel full or have a bunch of energy. I've heard you are suppose to pair a protein with a complex carb at every meal. Complex meaning whole grain or fruit or veggies not simple carbs that come from white flour and sugar. Good Luck!
