well, i've been trying to lose weight, i'll lose 1 # and gain it back the next day. it seems no matter how much i cut back, or change what i eat, if i dont get active, it doesn't come off. I work 2nd shift, i go to bed @ 2am. but it seems i cant get up before noon! i'm so tired! and by the time i get up, eat brunch, shower pack my lunch, it's time to go to work! i'm an active walker @ work. I cant realy do strenuous work right now because i'm on light duty for at least another month or so. i had surgery on my shoulder, and boy do i have flab! who knew i'd lose just about all my muscle and most of my strength, and now it seems like forever to get it back. i use the treadmill when i can and burn @ least 100 cal. and i use he eliptical machine and burn another 100. i've done yoga when i get up, i found that realy helps to make me a little more limber especialy my back. i've been tracking my cals @ home, because i dont quite know how to use the meal planner. any suggestions? i'm thinking my meds are keeping me tireed, effexor and zoloft.

eating smaller meals,eat very few pasta & breads, eat healthier, drink more water, add more fiber to my diet, hit the elipticl machine every day, after my shoulder getsback to normal, start strength training
