2 months ago I woke up and weighed myself and realized I was 199lbs. I have never weighed this much not even pregnant! So I decided it was high time I do something about it. It is not just the scale bothering me. It was my size 16 clothing, not being able to chase after my runaway dog (darn dog!) without being out of breath etc.

After looking at old pictures I totally realize I wish I was hot like I was back then. I am working extra hard to reach my goal of 155 by the end of June.

I need to get it going on!

My Goals:
long term goal: better health! improved lifestyle

medium term goal: Lose 50 lbs

short term goals: lose 25 lbs in 2 months, get into the habit of excersizing almost daily. Increase my stamina.

My Program:
I just started week 2 of the Curves low carb diet plan phase one. It involves not eating more than 20g of carbs a day with the exception of what is included in a high protien shake once daily. 5-6 mini meals daily.

The first week I dropped 4.8 lbs. hoping for the same or better on week 2

cardio and strength training 4 times weekly and walking daily
