Ideal Protein/SPARK fan
I started Ideal Protein on Aug.1, 2012. I have been on the program for 5 months and just reached my goal of losing 60 lbs. I am new to SPARK and am loving it. SPARK will help me to continue to be successful on my weight loss journey, with great trackers and forums.

My Goals:
My goal is to increase my fitness and maintain my new, current weight. If I lose an additional 10 pounds, I will be happy. However; fitness is my focus at the moment. I would like to be able to eventually run a 5K.
My Program:
Nutrition: I am following Ideal Protein to help me maintain my current weight. I am on Phase 4; Maintenance. Fitness: I recently started jogging on a treadmill. I have worked my way up to 2 miles. While I am not fast, this is a big improvement from my old lifestyle.
Personal Information:
I am a single mom of 2 amazing girls, 20 and 14. I am a teacher, Iowa State Cyclones fan and love all of the seasons that Iowa has to offer. I spend my summers outdoors, fishing, walking and gardening. My winters are spent reading and quilting. I love life and am loving it even more now that I am healthy.
