My Goals:
According to the FDA I need to lose 20 more pounds to be a healthy weight for my height. I am seeking what is right and healthy for ME, but being this close to healthy is too important to lock up now.

My Program:
I work out for at least 45 minutes, 5 days a week. I am interested in yoga, raw and vegetarian recipes, and eating clean. I enjoy using The Firm DVDs, Jillian Michaels’ work outs, walking, running, and just moving as much as possible.

I have found that the most important part is to not give up when you slip up. Mistakes only become habits when we allow the behavior or bad decision to occur over and over again.

Personal Information:
I am a fulltime parent and college student. I plan to graduate spring of 2011.

Other Information:
A few of my favorite books are Moby Dick, The Master and Margarita, The Brothers Karamazov, anything by William Faulkner.
