Getting re-motivated!!

I lost about 40 pounds last year and to date have gained back about 30 of it. I tend to go good for a couple of days or a week or so, then start getting lazy or overeat. I drive myself CRAZY!! But I'm back on the horse again. Going to be running a brutal 5k obstacle course race in May and CANNOT be out of shape to even attempt this crazy thing. I'm trying like hell, I am a warrior and the battle is just beginning!! I won't throw in the towel!!

My Goals:
To lose 25 pounds or so. To stop overeating at night. To start up my exercise program again, slowly at first, a few days a week, then adding more time and more days. Baby steps towards getting back to where I once was.
