JAHM MOM

My title page represents who I am. I am the mother of 4 beautiful girls, Jess, Alexia, Hal and Madi (JAHM MOM).
(Not to be confused with SAHM Mom or 'job at home mom'. ;-)

After having my last and final daughter Madi, I have decided it's time to take care of myself. I have a lot to give (and set examples) for my girls. The most important example I can set is how to take care of "oneself".

Thanks for stopping by my page. My best advise is to get up before the kids and get your workout done. If I don't I will be interrupted at least 6 times. lol SP is really a wonderful place for support. Let me know if there is anything I can help with. emoticon

I discovered that I'm a "morning" workout person...I slice my workout time right off the day before it goes haywire and there's no time left for working out. Don't know if you've tried this...?

Hey! Thanks for checking up on me...I have 2 sick kiddos, and needless to say, my "new" routine is being interrupted at the moment. I still have been trying to watch my calories, but have only been able to get one 20 min jog in on the treadmill in the past 3 2 days...sigh....I am hoping that tomorrow I will be able to get in a good workout while the kids are napping...I did do a sneek peak today on the scale and I am down from 176 to 171.9...but we will see how it looks tomorrow, officially that will be 1 week for me. Hope things are still going well your way.
