Hi! I have the basic winsor pilates videos -- a three pack which has an instructional video, a 20 minute workout and an hour work out. I've mastered the 20 minute but can never seem to find a full hour for the longer video. ( i have a three year old, so being on the floor and not playing with him is near impossible).
I'd recommend starting with a basic video -- you'll see yourself improve and master the basic positions -- making more complex videos easier later.
Just wanted to say hi, hope you are doing well...Ive been better this week, not tracking everything in SP but I am trying to keep a log myself....this is really hard...I am glad that I have people like you to keep me motivated....now I just need to stay away from the scale....I keep weighing everyday and I really need to stop and just dedicate 1 day for weigh in's..congrats on your progress I cant wait to see how much more you lost this week. Hey, hope you are doing well...Ive kinda fell off the bandwagon lately, but I am trying to get back on track...I did get down to 171 before my laps, and now im back to 173 so not too bad I guess...still down 3 pounds from the beginning.
