    A Spark Rally is being planned for Arizona Sparkers! We are in the early planning stages, looking for those who are interested so we know the # of attendees. From that, we can size, find, and reserve the location.

    Date: April 14th
    Invited: Family friendly - bring the kids!
    Venue: Phoenix area park where we can do a little walking/hiking and more

    Great job on doing that treadmill in the mornings! Starting your day with exercise puts you in the right frame of mind to tackle the day and eat healthy.

    I am doing well. I gained over the holidays but, finally have that weight off again. Trying to lose the next 10 lbs. It will be a challenge since the weight I am at now is one I was at for many years. It seems like my brain and my metabolism get stuck at this weight.

    I will try to kick up my exercise and get past this point so I can start moving that scale down again.

    We WILL do this! WooHoo! Have an awesome Thursday!

    Thank you so much for your goodie and your comment on my blog. I know that the scale doesn't tell me everything, but it's hard to really make myself believe that I'm doing well even though the scale hasn't been moving (or moving in the wrong direction). I'm trying to not let it bug me so much and focus on my successes...like you said, I've lost 60 pounds! I've got a lot to be proud of.
