My Goals:
My goal is to lose 50-63 lbs and totally reshape my body. I want to become a runner. I also want to start in a pilates program to create a leaner looking body

My Program:
Exercise: as much as psossible
Eat: more healthy, less fried and fast food as possible, decrease sugars
Drink: plenty of water and cut downon sweet tea!

Personal Information:
I'm from the South! I'm married with 2 children. Right now I'm a full time student expecting to graduate Aug '09
