Just Keep Swimming!

Hello Everybody! I thought it was time to change my profile a little bit. If you don't know me my name is Jade, and like just about everyone here I am aiming to lose wieght. About 80 lbs to be exact. I have been a member for over a month and am really seeing progress! While I was yo-yoing with my weight a few months ago, I can definitely say I am now losing it! Hello Everybody! I thought it was time to change my profile a little bit. If you don't know me my name is Jade, and like just about everyone here I am aiming to lose wieght. About 80 lbs to be exact. I have been a member for over a month and am really seeing progress! While I was yo-yoing with my weight a few months ago, I can definitely say I am now losing it! It is such a good feeling and I am indebted to SP for this amazing change. I was never able to do it myself, but with a great community here, I have all the support I could ever ask for.

My first goal was to lose ten lbs by New Years, and I ran just short of that at 7 lbs. It's ok though, because I have a new resolve to not get down with those things, but to "Just keep swimming" (Dory from Finding Nemo).

I have lost 15 lbs now, and am reaching for my goal of twenty by march. My husband was the greatest and got me some new workout equipment for Christmas, and now working out is even more fun!!! lol

A word to the wise:
Always give up- your will for selfish things
Always quit-bad habits
and never rely on others-to leave you in the dust

My Goals:
I am trying to lose around 80 lbs in a year. I am tired of being so tired and lazy and just not feeling right. I have tried just about everything, but have never been able to stick to anything. I am on this spark thing to try and change that. I am too young to have the health issues I have and I want to change that and I believe losing this excess weight will do the trick.

My Program:
Right now I am using Leslie Sanson's walk at home workouts and I love it! I am able to exercise far longer than I thought possible, and I am having fun. I am having a hard time with the food part because I love food! I know my choices are not the best, but I have a hard time saying o, especially to sugar or salty foods.

Personal Information:
My name is Jade and I am from upstate NY. I have a wonderful husband and three kitties who are basically our children (for the time being). I work at a bank and am going to school to be an elementary teacher.

Other Information:
JESUS IS MY EVERYTHING! there is no way I could get through this journey without him! I LOVE pixar movies, and basically any childrsn movie (as long as their not dumb). I used to ride, but I no longer have access to any horses. My brothers are both in the military, and my parents are just wonderful. I LOVE dogs and cats, and just about everything else that can be considered animal. ummm, i guess that's enough for now.
