job in going cold turkey. Each day gets better and better until you lose the craving. Once the craving's gone, if you indulge on rare occasions, the craving urge shouldn't return. 1789 days ago
I haven't seen you around in a few weeks.....hoping all is well. I saw your fitness minutes adding up today on my feed so I can tell you are still moving along. Looking forward to your blogs! Take care, Terry 1828 days ago
I love your blog! I'm adding you so I can find you again. Good luck on your journey - you are doing great! I know some days are a struggle, but your attitude has been fantastic. Keep it up!
PS - I "shred" veggies and hide them in food (spaghetti and soups/chili are my favorite). I use a cheese grater for zucchini (which I now love in big chunks) and a cheap $20 food processor for onion, green pepper, carrots, etc, that I throw in stir fry. You can also roast veggies in a regular or toaster oven (just not broccoli because it burns easily lol, you can guess how I figured that out) by spritzing them with water or fake butter spray and sprinkling garlic onion (or any) seasoning on them. Throw some baby bella mushrooms in with them - so tasty! 1866 days ago
