Hey i started my journey at 200 pounds after having my daughter Aug 09..i wanted to make no excuses becuz before i was preggo i was already 188!!! I made it my mission to lose weight after I had her I was 170..Very lose..so on Jan i decided to lose weight n tone..Im now 150 and i wanna get to 140 or 145..Im around 5'4 :)

My Goals:
to be 140 toned and flat stomach..
My Program:
i plan on doing cardio 4X a week 1000 calories at a time and 5X a week i will muscle train..i want to get ripped lol -drink just water -i have a surgery scheduled for mar 14th i will not be able to do strenous workouts for a month but after 2 weeks i will walk on the treadmill 3X a week to maintain..i will post stomach pics :)
